Beta Testing Disclaimer

1 Beta Testing Status

Zeettu is currently operating as a beta release in your region. This means the platform is still undergoing active development, testing, and improvement. All services are provided "as is" and "as available."

Because this is a beta version, you may encounter bugs or changes to features. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept these beta conditions.

2 Platform Functionality

During the beta period, please keep the following in mind:

• Features may be incomplete, experimental, or change without notice.
• You may experience bugs, errors, or temporary downtime while we improve the system.
• Core functions like auctions, scheduling, and notifications are still being refined and may behave differently than the final version.
• Performance and speed may fluctuate as we optimize the platform.
• Certain features may be added, altered, or removed entirely during this phase.

3 Content & Communications

Information displayed during the beta should be viewed with the understanding that the platform is still evolving:

• System emails, SMS, and notifications may contain temporary text or formatting issues pending the final launch.
• Interface text, tooltips, and instructions may change and not reflect the final wording.
• Translations (e.g., Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu) may rely temporarily on machine translation and will be professionally audited before full release.
• Financial figures, dates, and calculations shown during the beta should be independently verified, as the system is still being calibrated.

4 Fund Agreements & Legal Documents

Agreements and formal documents generated during the beta phase:

• Serve as templates that may be updated or replaced as the platform matures. We will notify you of material changes to base terms.
• May contain provisional clauses undergoing legal review. While we strive for accuracy, specific provisions could change before launch.
• The legal enforceability of generated agreements depends on your local jurisdiction. We encourage members to seek independent legal advice regarding their specific obligations.

5 Data & Privacy

During the beta testing phase:

• Your personal data is heavily protected using production-grade security standards (AES-256 encryption and secure storage architectures).
• While rare, severe bugs may require database resets. If this happens, we will provide as much advance notice as possible.
• Transaction histories, chats, and fund ledgers created during beta testing are designed to carry over to the production release, barring catastrophic technical issues.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeettu and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform during the beta testing phase. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, financial loss, or downtime arising from the use of our experimental software.

This limitation applies to any claims of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if Zeettu has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7 Feedback

We highly encourage beta participants to report bugs and suggest improvements. Your feedback is essential to helping us build a better platform.

8 Transition to Production

When your territory transitions from beta to a full public release, we will notify you in advance regarding the updated platform standards and finalized terms.
